1. Contact via the form

When you fill in the form, we receive your full name, phone number, email, subject and message. You may optionally state your company. The details are sent by email to our company mailbox, so that we can respond to your request, provide information or prepare a quote you have requested.

For quote requests or steps taken before a possible contract, the processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general questions and the organisation of communication, it is based on our legitimate interest in responding to the requests we receive (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use the form's details to send marketing messages through this process.

The required fields are needed so that we can process and respond to your request. If you do not fill them in, the form cannot be submitted.

2. Retention and access

We retain correspondence for as long as is required to manage your request and any related follow-up. When there is no longer an open matter or other lawful reason for retention, we delete the messages as part of the regular management of the company email. If a transaction or legal obligation arises, relevant information may be kept for the period required for that purpose. Access is limited to the company's authorised personnel and to the service providers necessary for their operation.

3. Hosting and email

For the hosting of the website and the company email we use services from Papaki / Enartia. As part of the website's technical operation, the provider may process technical data, such as IP address and access log files.

4. Google Maps

On the contact page, a locally stored preview image of the map is shown initially. The interactive Google map is loaded only if you click "View map". At that point your browser connects to Google, which may process technical data and use cookies in accordance with its own privacy policy.

5. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or object to it. Send your request to info@kalpaxidis.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
